im having some bad notes during the last two semesters and i really need help ?
whats the best way to study and memorize cases and books?
how to read more faster and retain the memory?

You should brief all your cases - I dont care if it is with a canned brief etc. - put them on flash cards & try to memorize them - why ? because this is how you will remember the rule & how to apply it to a fact pattern.
If you are having a tough time finding the rule in a case - use the headnotes on westlaw & lexis.
You may be having trouble because you are confusing how to prepare for class VS how to prepare for exams.
You should be writing a canned exam language for exams durng the year - dont wait for exam day to try to formulate or synthesize prose on applying rules to a fact pattern.
