No, it does not. It is simply a statistic stating that 4 out of 5 people have diarrhea. In other words, if you are in a room with 10 people, 8 of them probably have had diarrhea before. Strang statistic, if you ask me, because I think everyone has had it!

It means that 80% of everybody has diarrhea. On occasion, that fifth person might enjoy it. I know it is sometimes a relief to get that evil out of me.
