You might look really stupid but just shake your head really hard and it should come right out. If that doesnt work than just try sleeping on your left side to let the watr drain out over night.

Pull down on your left earlobe and tilt your head to the left. Sometimes that helps drain the water. If it doesn't work there are drops you can buy at the drugstore (over the counter) for swimmers ear. Also make sure you wear earplugs when you go swimming from now on!

Hahaha. You need the Derek Zoolander Center For Children Who Can't Hear Good And Want To Learn To Do Other Stuff Good Too!

You have swimmers ear. Plenty pain and uncomfort. Ive had that. Next time use waterproof earplugs. And lean ur head sideways for 5-10 minutes. The water will drain, but it will till feel stopped up. Get it checked at the doctor if it continues for 3 more days.

First, hold your head with that ear pointing down. If that doesn't do it within 30 seconds or so, splash some more water into that ear while it's facing down. Still no joy? Try a hair dryer. If that doesn't do it, then it's time to try a chemical attack. Use the drops mentioned above.

You're probably getting a touch of what is called swimmer's ear. It and fungus growth in your ear.
Main cause of it is pool water not having enough chlorine in it to the fungus and bacteria.
Go to drug store and talk to Pharmacist and see what he or she recommends for it since there are several different brands on the market to treat swimmer's ear.
Now to prevent that next time you go swimming wear ear plugs designed for swimmers.

I just recovered from a similar earache today, actually. I had to go to my doctor for it, and he told me I had a fungus in my ear (as sick as that sounds...) from swimming probably. My doctor flushed my ear out (not painful- tickles) and it came out and now I can hear. I also got some ear drops, and my ear is much better now. So I recommend you go to your doctor and see what they say. Good luck, I hope you feel better! :)

Talk to your pharmacist. There are drops that you can put in your ears that will dry them out and clear up any infection or irritation.

You can go to a drugstore such as Walgreen's or CVS and purchase products that get rid of that for you. There's one called "Swimmer's Ear".
