Canada. The inhabitants base isn't pretty much as biased because of the fact the u . s . with its uptight Caucasian non secular zealots and repressed, homophobic minority populations (such because of the fact those in California that made Proposition 8 a fact). Plus, the combination of international warming, oil shale and nationalized wellbeing care make Canada look notably stable for the foreseeable destiny.
