I have nothing against gay or lesbian people. I was just wondering which state has the most gay or lesbian people?

i guess it is because people are coming out. in a lot of smaller cities they are maybe afraid of the light. plus bigger cities have bigger rooms

I've heard it said in the mid-90s that Atlanta was the US' third largest gay mecca (after NY and San Fran). Don't know (or care) if it was or is true, but apparently it's a significant locale.

California is known for gays especially san fran and san diego etc. However the trend is becoming more popular in all major cities you will see more of it and they are becoming more accepted in society so you see more in public places...

It's TRUE....and there are many reasons why.....work enviroment, art society, theater, life style, etc..
