Are these movies actual footage of death or are they like...movie scenes

...in a very campy documentary, included in the box set, which includes all four "Faces of Death" films, it was revealed that about 80% of the footage, featured in these shockumentaries, has been reinacted, though still based upon actual events.
...considering the apparent bad acting and cheezy special effects, quite obvious in the footage, this revelation is most believeable.
If you perhaps want something that's 100% USDA absolutely the real deal, might I suggest the alternate shockumatary series, entitled "TRACES of Death".
...interestingly enough, Rogue Pictues, the folks who distributed Jet Li's "Unleashed", and the zombie comedy, "Shaun of the Dead", is presently on the fasttrack to produce a remake of the original "Faces of Death"...

Actual Films, usually News Tapes/Films that were not Suitable for Air. Plane and Car Crashes, Animal attacks, Autopsies, Live Foods, War Scenes and Shootings, all kinds of Gorely scenes...If you get Sick easily, Pick something Else to Watch. There are 3, and a 4th which is a Compilation of the 3.

The first Faces of Death movie. Several of the deaths were staged/recreated. Most of it is real footage. Unless you have a strong stomach. I wouldn't watch any of the videos.

most of them are re enactments..the real footage is some of the war scenes from the third world countries. I have a collection of them and after studying them closely I've found that there are very few true scenes.

The Faces of death movies are vintage film clips spliced together in a documentary format of people getting killed,they are the real deal.Kinda disturbing,not for fun.

im afraid they are the real thing ,the names are the same but faces have changed.
you should check out my video called FACES of METH and thats some real stuff there but you woul;d never believe it

supposed to be real but a lot of it is weak and looks fake in a lot of it.
