the house across the road is abandon,,,with a for sale sign on it,,, it's been that way for 2 years,,, mind you there is no eletricity in this house, no water. but every night around 11 p.m.
a light comes on in the up stairs. it's a soft light , like from a lamp.it freakin me out. i wont call the cops, i live in a VERY small town and they would just think i'm ready for the men in the white coats.

Yo know what u should do..get on tape? That way ppl will believe u. But what if its some lil kids playing around? Well, let me tell u something....Ghosts are so not real, in the bible it explains about these things, the devil uses his bad spirits to scare ppl. God says that when u die, your "soul" doesnt wonder around. It's demons. Please dont be scared..just pray, the devil tries to scare us. He uses the night, the darkness, to scare us- but why should we be scared of the night? God made the morning and night...they are beautiful. Dont be scared!

Eiher way
A) You call he cops report someone in the house across the street, That is not supposed to be there.
B) Dont go an investigate It may be someone harmless or someone that would harm you so dont take the chance.
C) It would freak me out to.
D) dont call ghost places, people will alk about you, and they are alot of phonys in that industrie anyway .
E) Yep telling the cops that someone is trespassing on the vaccant house across the road is by far the best and say they have done it every night around this time could you chek it ou please.
They will tell you its nothing/ its a Bunch of teenagers macking out/I dont no what the heck that was mam but im no going back in there ect
So you will find out, without ppl thinking you are nuts

It's possible. I'm a firm believer in the paranormal, and it could be some kind of ghost/poltergeist. The only way to find out for sure is actually seeing the ghost, or investigating the whole 'no power' thing, then actually being in the room when it happens. Try to get some history on the house, your local library should be helpful. Good luck.
P.S. If you decide to visit the house, make sure you have permission first. Police don't like it when the 'tresspassers' turn out to be amatuer ghost hunters.

Maybe there's a reasonable explanation for this.....Someone or some people may be using that house as a hide-out or even as a safe haven for hem to sleep , have a secret club meeting etc....If you feel uneasy, you could try to call the cop but don't do it often ( they might think you ready for the men in the white coats.)........ OR maybe you are really seeing Ghosts......

That soft light must be something that's battery operated. It seems that a person goes into the house to sleep there each night at 11:00 p.m ... a homeless person perhaps.

Either your hallucinating or someone must be going into the house and trying to scare and freak people out by pulling stunts like that. Call the cops and have them investigate don't say you saw a ghost just say you smell something fishy going on there. Peace!

It's probably a homeless person or some other bad sort with a battery powered camping light using the house for shelter at night.

if it a very small town you live in, chances are, there isnt a whole lot of places for homeless or runaways to go really. so it would make sense for someone to find an abandoned house to camp out in. no hassles or lines to wait in. keep an eye out during the morning hours and see if anyone comes out would be my suggestion.if no one comes out, then yeah, there might be some really creepy crap going on. good luck....

A more likely explanation would be squatters with a kerosene lantern or candles.
If it happens EVERY night at about 11 pm it isn't reflection from a street light or the moon. (Street lights come on earlier and the moon goes through phases.)

Either it is a ghost, or there is someone sneaking in there every night seeking shelter. I am in to ghosts, wish I were there to investigate. I travel to places all the time looking but never find one. I always request to stay in the most haunted rooms hotels in places like Savannah and Tombstone.
