I work for the criminal court and since it is your first offense and depending on the mood that the prosecuting attorney and judge are in that day you should probably only get a minimal fine as well as other court costs.
The chances of you having to serve any jail time are 1 in a million and the chances of you being put on probation are very minimal aswell seeing that prior records are usually the main determinant in most of these cases. You should be fine :)

Maybe a fine and some community service at the most.
Also - 1 year of probation possibly.

Probably a fine, possibly have to pick up trash on a Saturday or two. You'll probably only get jail time if you irritate the Judge.

In New Jersey, court costs and a small fine and the cops will know your face so its time to leave the state.
In Iran it would be death by stoning.

You might 30days in jail and fine with cort cost.,glad you wasn,t driving at the time. good luck .
