The answer is season 4 and the episode is The one with Rachael's Crush . Chandler goes to see his girlfriend Kathy in a play. She has a very handsome actor playing opposite her and Chandler becomes very jealous .He gets drunk and accuses Kathy of having an affair with the guy . The next day he goes over to apologize and sees the guys pants hanging on a chair and says if our 1st fight was bad this is going to be a doozy .
