Do the victoria's secret lip plumper!! it will be a little spendy, maybe 10-18 dollars but it is worth it!!!!!

LipFusion is excellent. (and I've tried lots of others.) It costs a fortune but a tube lasts for months.

Line your lips first before you use your lipstick and then apply gloss over it and your looks would look fuller.
