its cute!
except the top is kinda plain, but i guess the shorts make up for it..
the accessories will definately help, but dont go overboard.
but yes, its definately NOT ugly

The outfit is appealing, but there are a few little improvisations that you can do in order to really bring out the personality of the top and the bottom. The way you match them is workable, but there are better alternatives.
The striking point of the bottoms is the weave, colors, and the length as it accentuates the length of the thighs and is high on the waist. By wearing such a long top, you cover a good half of the bottoms so that pretty much only the turn-ups show. Going with a shorter, tight top is better, and though the way you coordinate the colors is a safe way to make the outfit work, because of the pattern and color of the bottoms I would go with something more spontaneous.
Also, with the bottoms I would wear black leggings edged with lace because it adds a more feminine look to the Scottish plaid style. Add on ballet flats and you've got yourself a smashing look.

To tell you the truth... It's simple, but since you said that you are gonna add some accessories to it... That could really spice it up...
But as for the pant... I don't really like the length, Well... It really depends on if you are a tall girl yeah it'll look uber nice and cute too..
But if you're short, I'll advise you to get a pants that's a little shorter cause pants at this length would make short people appear even shorter...
So if you wear a shorter pants with the same type of pattern and the same tank with a white wedge and a white longish kind of necklace and a straw bag... It's gonna look uber cute...!
Hopefully you agrees with me... 8D
Enjoy..!

That is a really cute outfit, especially the shorts. Remember even though that's cute together, the wrong shoes or purse can completely throw an outfit off.

it is definately a very cute outfit! Try it with a nice layering necklace, a couple of bracelets, or a nice belt. But don't overdue it on accessories or else it will ruin the outfit. And wear flats as shoes!

Very cute, i would say you have an excellent eye to making such a plain shirt look cute. Yet i have some i have a bit of critiscm, if you'd like you can get a longer pair of the capris, so they will potray your legs to look longer skinnier, and sexier.
Very cute outfit though!

The blue of the top isn't as cool as it could be, I'd go a bit darker with that one underneath it. But that is just me... I am not qualified to decide, I just think it would look less like a 6 year old outfit that way.

OMG... I totally love this outfit..... super super cute... if i were to wear it.. i would add a long plain, necklace, i think white, brown, black, or babyblue would be cute, with the same color bracelet.... super cute........... i <3 it so so much. would buy it in a blink of an eye.... Good Luck......
P.S. use simple accesories, such as a neclace, bracelet and like tiny diamond stud earings, if ur ears are peirced...
