not too much alone time, nights out with friends (not excessive so that it interferes with work etc)...

keep a journal, write feelings down. Maybe try some light excersize in the morning to jump start your body

Feeling self confidence as a woman, keeping good hygiene and smile baby smile, many women have healed their hearts, you are just as strong!

One word..."acceptance". This is the first thing you should do. Accept the situation for what it is, and for what it isn't. Stop thinking what if? or If onlys...they get you nowhere but drive you insane. Don't spend much if any time alone. Be around people who understand what you're going through and who will support you. I found that friends and family are good for that. DO NOT rush into another relationship or even just a fling. It could possibly end up making you feel worse. Focus on yourself and try to remember that something good always comes out of something bad. I know you probably won't see it now, but believe me, there is light at the end of the tunnel. You will get through it. Just stay focused and stay positive.

One of the best ways is to realize that it will take time, one the healthisest ways is to grieve, don't hold your pain and anger about it inside, cry and be sad for awhile, then try reading the bible for peace and go to church, if you don't want to do that, takes walks, not only can it clear your mind and helps with depression it's also good for you, just remember we've all been through a broken heart and we've survived you will to, just give it time and patient and take the time to be sad about it to.

Be with your friends or take a class you're interested in.....but don't get a new boyfriend for at least 6 months.

Give yourself some time to sort things out in your head otherwise you'll start a new relationship with a lot of baggage.

enjoy yourself...spend time with friends.

Re-learn to love yourself and put yourself first. Find yourself again. Women tend to lose themselves in relationships.

Focus on you..and try to figure out what went wrong in relationship and your reactions/actions so you won't take any baggage into the next relationship
