Let me speak frankly, if you have been suffering from last 9 months then you must now stand still and file a petition in the customer court, which is I think free of cost. You must understand that everybody is bind by laws and so are Honda company. By doing so you will certainly get across your problems within 2 or maximum 3 weeks and can get a handful of money from them as a penalty.

For best result DO AS DIRECTED.

There's always somebody higher up. Just work your way up to the top until you reach the CEO if you have to. It's surprising you're having problems with Honda, but I guess that's why Toyota is gaining instead of Honda. You never metioned what your problem was or if it was wide spread. Have you done research to see if others have had the same problem. I know they recently recalled for the odometer mishaps. Maybe start a forum in a Honda forum or go to your local news station.

Ask one of the numerous consumer guidance bodies for help, free help. There are thirteen such bodies in Mumbai alone. The oldest of them, the 38-year-old Consumer Guidance Society of India, got about 2,000 queries last year from peeved customers of which the Society helped redress nearly 1,500. Of these over a hundred were related to telecom alone.

The president of one of the bodies advices consumers to approach the service provider directly and to ask for guidance if they feel it's beyond them. You mostly get out of court settlements. The International Consumer Rights Protection Council (ICRPC) has listed one of its goals as uniting the public and offering them a platform to voice their grievances against defaulting companies and corrupt officials.

Hope this helps you!

If a customer service doesn't reply to the customers
we have to meet them atleast two times a day and we have to
complaint to the head of the service and be seated in the office
until the problem is solved

If possible, write your complaint on a plain sheet of paper,
go to the customer service centre, get it signed and keep one copy with you.
After that you can ask them that if your complaint is not attended to, you would be taking the help of consumer court.
If need be don't hesitate to go to a consumer court. After all they are for our convenience only.

If you bought your honda from a dealership ; try meeting the management personally. If this fails may be you should try talking to honda personnel . The last step of course is the consumer court.for consumer grievences such as yours.

I hope it's better to go to consumer court bcoz being in a customer care i do know how a customer should be treated. And also our future friends won't suffer due to such irresponsibility...
