Yo thanks for taking the advice.

Here it is

at normal pressure and tempurature

helium is 22.4 moles per liter.

Helium has a mass of 4 grams per mole.

In other words a 1 liter ballon has (4 divided by 22.4) grams of helium in it.

The metric system is so much easier!
