True. UGK is also good, and Chamillionare is on his way but, Scarface and his boys got it on lock. I sit alone in my four cornered room staring at candles.... you know the rest

False, come on give some of the other rappers at least a chance. You got Devin the Dude, Lil Keke, Fat Pat, Big Moe, Z-Ro, UGK (not really Houston, but I'll bunch the in there), Big Hawk. I named the guys from Houston I really like, but Chamillionaire, Paul Wall, Mike Jones, and Slim Thug get some play too. But, Geto Boys and Scarface really aren't as well known as the other Houston rappers. Man they really put it down in the 90's. Just listen to their album We Can't Be Stopped.

YEAH!!!!!!!!! I agree. They brought the South out. I can't see why Scarface isn't King of the South. That's the real King of da South. Forget T.I. & Lil'Wayne. It's all about facemob and the geto boys with Bushwick Bill and Willie D. Scarface is a legend with classic albums like the diary, The untouchable, and the Fix. Only rappers I like from the South are Scarface, Outkast, and UGK

True Story.
Houston has some of the best rappers in the game
don't forget about Slim Thug, Pimp C & Bun B
I'd have to say Mike Jones makes Houston look bad too.
but theres a higher precent of good rappers coming from H-town then there is bad rappers
and sometimes you gotta take the good with the bad
Having rappers like the Geto Boys representing Houston just makes people see how much better rappers like Slim Thug are.

Are you heavily asking this question? The rappers make themselves look ignorant. they could somewhat communicate perfect English! They communicate in slang or ebonics, gown like clowns and act devoid of thinking. maximum of those rappers come from ghettos so what do you assume? Soulja Boy is a shaggy dog tale to start with. Rap/Hip-Hop now is not any longer what it was once and what it particularly is meant to be and the African American community is permitting it. it particularly is why it particularly is the way it particularly is.

I don't think you could get more truer of a statement than this. When I hear these so called Houston rappers today I cringe.

False, you ever heard of the D.O.C? Nobody puts him to shame, but it's a shame his career was screwed over by an injury that left his vocal chords screwed.
