My indoor rabbit never sneezed before and the last week he has been sneezing alot, he has also been shedding (thats normal) but i highly doubt he's alergic to rabbit hair. He's a mini rex, if that matters.

Well rabbits noses are very sensitive he might have developed allergies or if you changed or just started to spray air fresheners that could be it but a vet could tell you more

The bedding is the most likely culprit. Are you using Pine or Cedar shavings? The oils in such bedding can irritate a rabbit's respiratory tract.

I recommend one of the following beddings:

Wood Stove Pellets. My first pick, they're also the cheapest. These are the pellets sold for use in wood burning stoves. They're kiln dried, so all the oils that could irritate a rabbit have been burned off. They're generally a "Seasonal" item, so unless there's a feed store nearby, they may be annoying to find.

"Yesterday's News' which is recycles newspaper. It can, however, leave ink stains of a rabbit's feet.

"Critter Country" compressed straw litter. Cheaper than "Yesterday's News' but still more expensive than Wood Stove Pellets. It won't stain a rabbit's feet.

Sneezing and runny nose may mean the rabbit has a cold. Give your bunny plenty of hay and straw to keep it warm. It can also be a reaction to bits of dirt in the air, dusty bedding or the use of strong disinfectants near your bunny. Do not confuse occasional sneezing with the snuffles. The symptoms are frequent coughing and sneezing, and runny nose. The fur on the pads becomes wet and sticky. If you think the has the Snuffles you need to go to the vet.

Are you using cedar shavings? My vet told me when I used to have a rabbit that they have sensitive respiratory systems and long term cedar shaving use is bad for them.

Other than that I would call a pet store or preferably a vet and ask them if you can't find anything on the mini rex website.

Allergic to carrots??? Actually, are you running an Air conditioner? I would look at airborne allergens and others but take him to the vet for sure. Consistent climate is very important. You can't change the climate all the time, air on/off, windows open/ closed, hot/cold etc....

If you have changed its bedding it could be that. my rabbit did the same and the vet said it was the sawdust going up her nose.
Take it to a vet to make sure though because if rabbits are ill they can deteriorate quickly.

Look up Pasturella in Rabbits. If your rabbits sneezing continues, and develops into snot, your rabbit will be in need of medical care.

A sneeze is a semi-autonomous, convulsive expulsion of air from the nose and mouth.
