So a 15 year old kid can go to jail for 10 years because he got a BJ from another 15 year old kid, but a guy working in the presidential administration who, for purely political reasons, leaks the identity of an undercover CIA agent and is convicted does not spend a single day in prison?

Is this true justice, or just the American form of it?

OK so the kid was 17, I'm sorry for the factually inaccurate question... but I am sure when I was 17 I got a BJ from at least one 15 year old... so I guess I should be rotting in prison for 10 years? **** that, free this KID....

Yep. Injustice, and disproportionate punishment. Kinda feels like the good old days in Rome doesn't it? Remember when Caligula had full reign of the government? Man those where great days weren't they? Especially when Caligula put a horse in the senate!!! Wow what a gas.
We need not pine for those ancient ways anymore, we have them in the good old U.S.of A.
Tell me, do you think Bush is going to pull out an Arabian horse from Babylon and call it a Weapon of Mass Destruction?

I don't understand our judicial system. They were both kids. We all know that guys are supposedly younger mentally than girls, so did the girl force the guy or visa versa. Worst case, they should just put him in some type of probation. I am so sick of people giving boys such a bad rap. Women are very manipulative from an early age. My mom admits it. I admit it, and most of my girlfriends do. Guys are pawns and then if we don't like it, we are awful to them. IT's like we are now taking advantage of a bygone era when guys used to get away with stuff, but now girls are getting away with it instead. It's ridiculous. 10 years...is it in the penn?

It's the injustice of American justice. Politics and money! It is a disgrace that the black kid, who by the way was an honor student and excellent athlete, is in jail. The state of Georgia should be ashamed.

It is neither true justice, nor the American form of it. As an American citizen, I am outraged that he walks free for such a crime. I believe that this is question of whether or not the power elite are treated differently from the common people, and the answer is undoubtedly yes, and it is despicable.

Thank God the 15-year-old kid wasn't President - he'd have been impeached!

P.S. A 10-year sentence for something that shouldn't even be considered a crime is a repugnant statement about the American criminal justice system.

Well once you get a certain age, you learn that it is not what you know, it is who you know. The reason that kid went to jail is because the age of consent is 16. If it is the same story I am thinking about, he was released from jail last month.

That kid would have gotten commtuation too if he had given BJ to Bush like Libby did.

What the two kids did was illegal because they were minors. What Scooter Libby did was against the law because he jepordized national security, he lied to Federal Prosecutors and he has Dick Cheney as a boss........go figure. He should get the death penalty.
