If a person refers to you as a train wreck it means you are a mess. Out here in cow country someone who is unorganized, runs around all day without getting his work done, doesn't have any teeth and spits tobacco on the sidewalk (any of the above) is a train wreck.

Not only is it, as they've already said.. but it's similar to saying to a car wreck.. You know you shouldn't watch, but can't stay away.. So, basically, they are making a mess of themselves but instead of just not being interested, people almost HAVE to watch as it gets worse..
