I really tend to be very fault-finding about myself and I think I always have been. I am middle-aged and people think I am younger than what I am, but I still criticize myself for every tiny wrinkle or if I happen to feel "fat." I am rational enough to consider what significant others think and try not to be so hard on myself. It's taken me a long time to learn, but I think you should not judge yourself and let other people give their own opinion about you.
