NO, you need to do something else right now. Write it out, listen to music and deal with how you feel you'll feel a lot better.

I don't think that the coldness would do any thing, but go for a swim. It will work off the negative extra energy you are feeling and have pent up. Go for a good half our swim and if your not feeling better, try writing it out.

for a few seconds you'd be in shock and then if u like cold water you might feel better but if u don't like cold water you probably will feel worse

could work but not for long. pretty soon you'll have neg feelings and be freezing. how about a long walk instead.
