Shiny Toy Guns are up and coming. They're inbetween elec/tech. Rock.
Pual Oakenfold(last name I forget how to spell) is elec/tech.
Metal...Um...I know LOTS but some people don't use the same...screen as I do for classifying music. BANDS: Trivium, Mushroom Head(one or two words, not sure) Atreyu is more screamo, but I still call it metal. Go to your local HOT TOPIC and I promise you, you might see what you're looking for, even if it is a clothing store, they have BAND T's and many that I have seen are unknown to me.
