I'm 23 and had my first child when I was 21. Before I was pregnant with him my breast size was a 38C, after I had him they went up to a 36D and stayed that way. 6 months later I came out pregnant again after I had my second child my breast got alot smaller then what they were before. I am now a 36B. Why did this happen, I feel so uncomfortable, I don't like them, but my husband does, but I'm not happy with them. I only breastfeed both of my kids for one month but I don't know why they got smaller if I breast fed my son and my daughter the same amount of time.

Before my daughter (my first) I was a 36c, after her I was a 36DD. After my son I am now a 36D.

When I asked my Doctor about this he explained that how long you breast feed has nothing to do with breast size. He said that every pregnancy does different things to you and some just don't make any sense and it is just part of being a woman.

One of my sisters had smaller breasts with both of her children and the other sister got bigger with both.

My point is that this just happens and you could have another baby and get smaller yet or grow 3 full cup sizes. It doesn't matter.

It took me 2 yrs to adjust to my new "size" and I would prefer to be bigger but if my husband is happy than that is all that matters.

Good luck!

Ill tell you this....After I was done breastfeeding my son my breasts got smaller than they were before. Not so much smaller, but like somebody let the air out of them. Flabby like. Once my periods returned, it took about a year, but they went back to the same size as before. It was weird.

your breasts are mostly fatty tissue and when you loose weight you loose breast mass. breast feeding for some reason causes your breasts to get smaller.
