You mean... You don't love it when someone makes up a song in the middle of the street and people they've never met before start singing the same exact song that has never been sung before? And you don't love that once they start singing, there's a whole chorus of other people, and a professional band starts playing to back them up?
I really wish all the people I met could be professional singers when they opened their mouths a whole symphony would play.
Ha ha, sorry, sarcasm, they both annoy me though.

SINGING definitely. When a plot takes a long time to get going, especially in a horror movie (like Hostel or Saw), it not only builds suspense so that when things do start happening, they catch you more off guard, but it builds more character development and gives you a chance to really "know" the people so you care more if/when something does happen to them. So i think doing that leaves a deeper impact; for me,anyway. But i'd rather watch a movie that starts off slow and has a strong ending than one that builds you up from the beginning and then lets you down at the end. to me,that's the most annoying thing about a movie. But singing is definitely up there:p

I would say when the plot takes a long time to get the story going because by the time the story is going i lost interest in the movie and show and do something else.

The singing for sure. It's like in nearly every teen movie (She's All That comes to mind) when all of a sudden everyone joins in on this choreographed, perfectly executed dance. The guys and girls are all limbre and in step. No one has two left feet. It's ridiculous.

Just tell him no, straight up. It doesn't seem like such a big deal. He'll get over it, he may not even get upset. What's worse, an upset brother or a bunch of ppl watching a wack movie at your party?

Neither really bother me unless the movie has no plot at all. What bothers me in the movies is if someone talks or laughs constantly when nothing is funny.

I don't mind singing too much, sometimes it can be a funny part of the storyline. I'd say when something drags on, it gets annoying..it's like..get to the good stuff already! haha

That's what Disney films do, which is rather annoying.
Or when Family Guy milks Peter and Stewie's incessant jokes and pain. I've seen it in other characters too. The projectile vomiting was just too much.
