The Holy Bible is kept in the 200's (Religion) section of most libraries that use the Dewey Decimal System. That is non-fiction.

Depends on the library. In most public libraries, they use the Dewey Decimal System which puts it in the nonfiction 200 area, along with books on other religions-- Islam, Buddhism, etc. Books written about the Bible are there as are different versions of the Bible-- King James, New International, etc.

This has been asked before, and most libraries have a 'religion and spirituality' section. Libraries that don't usually keep it and other religious texts in the reference section.

Most likely in the Reference section with encyclopedias.
Personally I would put it in the fiction section.
