I'd say buy a place, a house, make it nice, advertise, hire some people, get into the AAA book, then make some breakfast.
Personally I'd start with the breakfast, first. =]

You have to own a house, then you just get on the net and advertise in the appropriate places and wait for the customers to come. You might want to check with your town/city to see if there are any rules, etc. Good luck.

just put a sign in the yard that says:
I will let you sleep over for a rate and I will make breakfast.
