Read the visa and work permit info on the websites of the countries you are interested in.

Next read the (English language) job vacancy sites and the sites of the agencies that specialize in jobs for foreigners. (In the Netherlands that would be Undutchables. I think you just add .com for their website.)

Also look at the job opportunities in your own country, as some companies (like the armed forces and multinationals) take part of their staff from home.

When you have a good idea where you could find work and get a permit you start looking at a place to stay. If you want to travel round you will be pleased enough with hostels and alike, but if you are going to stay in one town for a year, better look for rooms and apartments (if you can get one,) or a share in an apartment with others like you who may be traveling whenever they can.

Word of warning!!!!
It is going to be difficult to get a 'normal' work permit. Many people apply and only a few get one.
You basically need a job offer in a kind of job the country or Europe does not have workers for.
A students permit might be easier, allowing you a limited time to work and a longer time to travel, but I do not know if they are available for any country in Europe.
If you are Australian or from New Zealand you might be able to get a permit for the UK, (maybe from Canada too, but I never met workers from there.)

And lastly, be sure to check the non EU (European Union) countries, as the common market makes that there are loads of people coming to work in other countries, pushing people like you out.

Happiness is a call. you are the single in charge on your happiness. eliminate those people who reason you discomfort and injury out of your existence. discover yet another job. there are lots of people who're type, worrying and could make super acquaintances... you do no longer come throughout the time of as a 50 3 hundred and sixty 5 days previous. You sound lots youthful...Are you a Troll?

Yah I heard it was really hard because they already have trouble getting citezens jobs, so they don't like giving permits away to visitors. Some people just don't get a permit and they just kinda work "unofficialy". You are soooo lucky. Good luck! idk where your going but all of Europe is gorgeous so have fun!
