Hi:

You have to be careful, but I can tell you that I have taken the Carleton Sheets course and the advanced course and it has changed My life for the better. I am not a millionaire, but I moved to doing real estate full time three years ago and I will never look back.

I think that your success will very much depend on your motivation. The more motivated you are, the better you will do. Not every course is for everybody. The methods are simple and work. With that, you have to work hard and not get frustrated.

I wish you much success.

I used Carlton Sheets one page contract to buy my first property.

If I had to do it over again, I would look for an investor locally that has done a bunch of deals and approach them to be a gopher.

Basically you'll do all the running around looking for the deals in exchange for learning the business.

Anyone who has watched TV after midnight has heard of Carlton Sheets. He is a big infomercial guy and has been hawking his real estate course for over ten years. There is a sucker born every minute!

its a scam. do more research and you will see. let me ask you, if you had a secret to investing in real estate, would you share it with the world? or would you keep your secret, so you could make money. there is a saying in this business... "if you have a secret to success, keep it that way" sharing secrets to success only cripples ones own ability to succeed. so instead, if you have a half baked idea that sometimes works... why not sell it to the uninformed? thats how someone who doesnt know how to really make money using his own tactics makes money.
