does anyone know a way to lift breasts? but naturally, im 13 so i cant get surgery or antyhing. and im a 34C and my boobs are saggy so i need to lift them naturally. and fast! any expierence with this? help please :)

use duck tape... I know it sounds horrible but yeah it will work...

also u need to have your parents invest in some good bras... they will not be cheap but it will be well worth it...

Exercise is probably the only way. Breasts themselves are actually just fat, and have no muscle. But the pectoral muscles behind the breasts can be strengthened with exercise. (check any exercise book or go on line to find exercises) Exercising the pectoral muscles will help your breasts appear to be more lifted.

Of course, exercise isn't going to make a change over night.
Since you're already a C cup, make sure you're wearing a proper, supportive bra. Try an underwire bra to see if you like the result. They're much more comfortable than they sound! Trying to get by with a skimpy bra with thin stretchy straps is only going to make your breasts sag even more. You're very lucky ... full support bras today are just as attractive as others. Years ago, they were ugly and uncomfortable.

The last chick to answer is WRONG!!! Support only does little to help. The larger you are the heavier they become therefore gravity takes over. What you can do to help is: Push ups start off with 25 and work your way up to 50+. If these are hard to do, don't do traditional push ups to begin with. try doing them while your knees are on the ground and your feet are in the arm.You can find some pics of this on the net. Also get a couple of hands weights at target or a sports store. Buy two 5, 8, and 10 # dumbbells. do some chest presses, bench presses and other chest exercises. You can also find pics of these on the net. Start with 2 sets of 12. If you don't know what this means then----- this means you'll do each exercise 24 times to begin. rest for 30-45 seconds after ea 12. Also each time you lift and lower the weight, this should take you 4 seconds. 2 seconds to lift and 2-4 seconds to lower. Be sure to breathe out as you lift, this will make your muscle work harder. Breathe in as you lower the weights. Again search the web for exercises u. If you can't buy weights, use soup cans and water bottles to start. Don't listen to the nurse chick....she's probably just flat.

You can't "lift" them now, but you can do something to maintain your elasticity while you're still growing. These tips will minimize sagging later in life:

-Wear a light bra to bed. I'm talking about something soft and light so you don't feel like you're all tied up when you're sleeping.
-Make sure you invest in a great sports bra for when you're active or playing.
-Even though you're still young, it's important to moisturize. Apply lotion every day after you shower-yes, on your breasts.
-Make sure you get fitted properly for the right bra. Many girls AND women wear the wrong size bra. A professional should measure you once a year. Your inches and cup size will change gradually (even when you stop growing) and you need to make sure your bras fit properly.
-Don't go around braless!

And not that you need to worry about this now, but....
be educated in your breast health. Get your mom or doctor or someone you trust to teach you self breast exam. It's good to know and it saves lives! Bye sweetie.

the only thing u can do is wear a good bra that fits you right. Go to a store and get urself measured by a pro.


looking at the other questions u have asked..u seem to be worrying alot about ur breasts. your young..dont worry right now..wait till your older and just have fun.

You could try the machine at yourlizzy.com! It naturally enhances the breasts..making them less saggy..lifting them up..etc! Worked for me, so I sell these machines now!

the only thing you can do is wear a supportive bra. Had you worn one all along they would not be sagging now, but no matter, once the breasts sag, a bra is your only option.
