I usually content myself in random sounds of frustration in place of swearing. It gets the point across without the vulgarity or the silly sounding replacement words. Gah, Ugh, Fffff, Argh, Grah, Phha, etc. Just sounds.
Or you could go with the funny ones like gosh darn, silly, sugar, gee whiz, golly. But they don't vent frustration well.

Someone once told me people who swear have run out of words.... Instead of swearing I try to challenge myself to say exactly what I feel, think, want, etc. as accurately as I can. It's hard.
One word I like is malefactor. It means one who is evil. (pronounced mal a factor)

son of a b..tch just means "'dog", Sh@t and Fareare simply a biological function taken out of context, d*#m is a technical religeous term so not really swearing, H@ll is also from the bible so doesn't really count. Just don't use gd and no problemo.
