My Friend Told Me That There Is A Cheat Where You Can Fly The Hydra Jet Like A Regular Plane Is This True

First of all, You don't need a cheat to fly the Hydra Jet like a regular Plane. All you have to do is tilt the right analog stick up or down. When you get in the jet, look at the booster engines on the side of the plane. The boosters are right behind the planes wings. When you tilt the right analog stick in the right direction, the boosters will move. When the booster engines are pointed all the way back you can then fly the jet like a regular plane. When the booster engines are pointed down, you will be able to hoover.
