That problem has already been faced and solved in Japan. The deceased is only interred for a period of time, after which I believe they are cremated and if there are any surviving descendants, they may retain the ashes. At least that's what I remember of the story that was printed several years ago, sorry, I don't remember what publication I read it in.

This issue came up about a decade ago (and at other times) but it was based on garbage. We were running out of space for garbage fills! Oh NO!

It was a lie. We have so much land it's silly. But a lot of local land owners and garbage companies made a pretty penny on that one, just as global warming (as did global cooling a decade or so ago) will now, just as Y2K did.

Wait for the scientists to agree. Then you can be sure, no matter what the politicians say.

Also, bodies decay. Isn't nature wonderful!

Hi FadingAway.
The body is just a shell, it is more important to consider our
eternal soul. where will that end up going? There are choices
all around, we can live for ourselves and gain all kinds of
things (they won't last in a grave or thru fire anyway)
Or we could ask for the truth from our Creator, Redeemer
and Friend. that would be GOD.
In reality we are really citizens of heaven, just here on earth
for a short time. It is time now to prepare for the Promised
New Life .... it will be really good. Jesus (or Yeshua Ha
Maschiach) paid the ransom for our souls so we can have
joy, hope and faith, now and forever.
I hope that helps.

I think it will be like a lot of other countries and how they do it. Once the issue of running out of space comes up, it could be reasonable for people to be buried in the same grave. A lot of places in Europe and South America actually bury people on top of each other. I've alway wondered what would happen to Arlington Cemetary. I'm sure they have to be running out of room.

we won't run out of space anytime soon, burying people is a horrible waste of land

uh, not for nothing, but everyone dies. Cremation has been going on for thousands of years.

Sorry you're getting a rash about this now.

Maybe you should stay on your med's?

I'm just sayin.....
