Contact an attorney who handles Workmen's Compensation claims. In this case, your employer is the one who was negligent in not making sure that the employee they hired was a US Citizen, etc., and, with him not speaking any English, and having Tuberculosis, I bet money he wasn't. By hiring this person, they placed you and your coworkers at risk of contracting TB, and, by placing you at this kind of risk, they bear responsibility for the treatments, etc. As long as you are putting forth effort to learn the new job, and, are performing it to the best of your abilities, they have NO grounds to fire you, and any attorney worth a damn can take anything they have, dreams included.

"or some thing like that" rubbish in, rubbish out. in case you are able to not be stricken with what they actually suggested, how can everyone supply you a significant answer? Beside, for the reason which you have a legal professional why ask a team of nameless strangers devoid of usual skills? So i might it wasn't your activity that led to your harm, what have been you doing? Having intercourse interior the record room? once you have been meant to be working? Now that could desire to be is reason for firing.

Call the Labor Board immediately, and they will tell you your rights. Where I used to work, we had illegals until immigration came and busted them . You just do not know what diseases they carry, and that is really a drag for you. Definitely, call the national labor board, and they will help you.Good luck.I think you may have a pretty good law suit what happened to you.
