New England $360/year Terminex.

It includes quarterly visits and showing up if there is a problem (hornets in the eaves, Carpenter ants molting, or mice in the attic).

The only downside to them is they are always trying to offer free termite inspections to seel you more services.

nothing i would not hire some one to put down chemicals that will eventually kill everything i live is San Antonio,
