For most engines all new bearings and oil seals reconditioned heads ie rebuilt some new parts as required or specified. Machine work to make bores to oversize to fit new pistons
regrind crankshaft, new cam and cam chain
milling machine used to bore blocks with a boring bar
surface grinders to straighten / flatten decks and heads
various other tools to install rings, pistons

its very important that the cylindrically shaped meat be frozen, if not you could sludge the cylinder walls and they dont bore correctly, the bubble gum should be sugar free, if not it could corrode.
but seriously, its a lot of machine work and replacing parts with new. best to research it and google a lot, thats the best way to get the info unless you ask an engine builder. there is a LOT involved...

But in all seriousness, if you mean, "How are engines rebuilt, and with what," then once everything is disassembled, the block is bored and honed, the cylinder head(s) are machined, then new parts are installed. That's about all there is to it for an explanation this short.
