I know Swinub swarm in Route 217 from time to time, but how do I know when it's swarming? Is there like a certain day or something???

It is random. In my game only one time I seen swinub swarm. For some reason, it likes to give me absol swarms a lot.

ok in the game in sandgem town every day the girl in your friends house will say about a pokemon on the news that shows up. after a while the pokemon swinub will be one of the swarming pokemon. the pokemon of the da however is still random. and i hoped i helped anough to get the best answer and if u still need help plz feel free to message me.

Just wanted to add that Lucas' little sister told me today that swinub could be found and after a bit, I finally found one! I'm not sure what everyone else's experience is, but it took at least 10 minutes before one popped up for me. Quick ball worked.

No, it is random. But you can find out what your swarm is by asking Dawn's Little Sister, in their house in Sandgem.
