if this problem is in 2d (IE a flat plane) then it would be a circle with diameter of 6cm (IE a radius of 3 cm)

if the problem is in 3d then it would be a sphere with a radius of 3cm

the other two would not apply if m was a point (as in the initial part of the inquiry states)

All points the same distance from a given point create a circle if you are in two dimensions or a sphere is you are in three. Go with "sphere with r=3."
