Everyone at my school likes rap and hip hop. But i like bands like the doors, led zepplin, sublime, and sometimes even the beatles. I still like other rock bands like amber pacific, as i lay dying, and some other metal bands. But everyone calls me an oldie and all this other crap when they find out i listen to older bands? WHY!!??

You're school's like my school reversed. All the kids who like rap and hip hop are constantly told that hip hop is dead and the kids who like modern rock often like at least one classic rock band. U know what someone asked the same question if they are a weird person juss by listening to the doors, beatles, led zep, etc...but i am gonna tell u, i use to listen to those bands when I was younger....and I still listen to them and I am 29 years old...i started to listen to them when I was in the 6 grade!

Those kids are short-sighted and have bad taste. They just follow whatever trendy crap is out there. They're sheep and do their best to look alike. Shows a tremendous lack of creativity on their part. They also end up working for the man later in life. Stick to your guns!
