if you watch the anime from a dvd, you may reverse a few second and play it again. maybe the timing is a little of causing this to happen.
if its a downloaded anime, then, nothing can be done accept for this following format
ogm
avi
mp4
you just do it like the dvd. if nothings work, so download it from another location.
hope this will help you

That happens sometimes when you get a subtitled DVD. I don't think you can do anything about it.It's very annoying... >.< If you got it from the internet, then download it from another website.

that happens some time try watching like another episode of it let see try episode # 18 look at it again and see if it's okay know, the same thing hapened in our dvd in fruits basket i have to watch like 8 or more episodes like that and after it was okay in our dvd in bleach it happens only once
P.S
you can look at some site try google or just try my advice
see if all the episodes are like that lokk 1st at episode 2 the n 3 and so on and so forth you don't have to watch the whole thing just look at one scene or if your dvd provides english dub (because our dvd in X clamp is like) select it instead of watching the japanese w/subs.i hate dub but you must "suffer" in order to watch you like

Is because your video codec is out of date. Try to download the community codec pack.
If that doesn't help, maybe your computer can't handle it.
