I can tell you that David Beckham runs about 9miles a game at midfield.

If you really wanna improve your stamina, you need to go run, long distances (though not necessarily 9miles). One key thing about running long distances to improve endurance and stamina is to not run full out or be dead tired after ever long run, all you are doing is hurting yourself. It is much better if you run a long distance at a medium pace, yes a pace that you can talk at.

If you run long distance, full out, all you are going to do is wear yourself out, and not get much better, long and slow is the way to go.

To increase your stamina, firstly you need to run. Start from running a small amount of time like 10 minutes and a smaller distance like 3km, run everyday increasing the time you run & the distance you run gradually. I increases my running time by 2 minutes each time and my half a km each time. It helped me. A treadmill is a great source if you have to increase your stamina.

Do an exercise called "kegels", this helps build the muscles that are responsible from the male orgasm. By training this muscle (PC muscle) you will strengthen it, therefore strengthening your orgasms as well. The PC muscle is located right between your scrotum and anus. This exercise is done by flexing the PC muscle. The next time you urinate, try stopping mid-stream without your hands, and that is your PC muscle. Contract and release this muscle as many times as you can throughout the day and before you know it you'll have the ability to last as long as you want.
