I recently got a krzr phone with a 1GB memory card. However, even though it recognizes that the card is there, it will not save any pictures, videos, etc. on it, and now my phone memory is full when i have almost nothing on the phone. I followed the booklet and changed the save options to "Card Memory" , but then when i try to take a picture for example it always says "UNABLE TO SAVE PICTURE". What is wrong here or what do i need to do? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Have you tried to format the card with the use of your computer?
Just stick it in, right click on the card in my computer, and then hit Format and then try it out

verison call customer service first and then go to the stores second could be a software issue.
