There are many avenues to take and many changes you must make (hey....it rhymes!) Exercising will help with stress. By exercising first thing in the morning, it will give you a better outlook on that day and help you analyze situations better. Don't drink too much coffee...if you do, don't put sugar in your coffee. Sugar makes people very irritable. I heard Yoga does it, but i've never had an interest. Always have a positive outlook on life (boy, I need to take my advise more often). A lot of people enjoy starting their day by making someone else's bad. Simply putting people down, giving nasty looks and just being evil can stress you out so block those people out. Hang around nice people. Try not to get yourself in debt because bad debt can really stress people out and it is so unecessary. Stress will also take years off your life and no one wants that. It is more of a mental state of mind that you must put yourself in and stay there. I hope this helps you! Good Luck!

Different people relieve stress in different way.
Some do it through phyisical activit,other scream into a pillow
other like to play with those stress balls. i have heard some sex proactices work. check number 8 on the list.
