I do whites & colors. The number of piles depends on how long I let the laundry go! I have 3 kids & a husband...so it could be 4 piles or 12 piles! :)

Just 1 pile. Everything I wear is a drab color anyway, so no big deal.

I just do a simple lights and dark sort. I wash all my delicate clothing on a gentle cycle.

KEEP IT SIMPLE - 2 PILES COLORS & WHITES , UNLESS YOU'VE GOT MORE CLOTHES THAN THIS & THEY'RE MORE EXPENSIVE CLOTHES, THEN YOU TAKE A LITTLE MORE TROUBLE DOING THEM!!!

Whites, semiwhites, colors, towels, blacks, darks, linens, gentle. Holy crap, that's a ton of messing with laundry.

My wife doesnt do laundary because she dumps them all in.

i have organized piles.
