where do you live
then you see who has the best coverage.
next call the cops and funeral director in your town.
they both need 24 hour access.
Then you pick what they use to ensure you have no problems with you connections.

Cingular - Gives you minimal mins, but if you don't use em so "Roll-over" is good, so Cingular is good for people who use cell phones but dont really go over the top. "Roll-over mins - mins unused that carries over and over as long as you're still with Cingular saves just like a bank except no intrest :D" Reception exactly the same as T-mobile. Many phones to choose from.

T-mobile - Gives you LOTS of mins, proably x2 or x3 the mins Cingular gives you for same price, BUT no "Roll-over mins" feature. T-mobile is good for those who talk on the cell phone ALOT Reception exactly the same as Cingular. Many phones to choose from.

Verizon - GREAT/EXCELLENT reception and mins are workable, BUT more expensive than both T-mobile and Cingular + no as many great phones as the regular Cingular and T-mobile

Sprint - about the same thing as verizon, used more for bussinuesses, T-mobile and Cingular is more common for families.
