You would use the equation >>>Q = m c ΔT, where Q is the heat energy. Therefore:

Q=(15)*(0.423J/gdegC)*(50-25)
Q=1.5x10^2 Joules

Q = mc(delta T)

Q = (15 g)(0.423 J/gC)(25 C)
