Your coin is KM# 749.2 and VYID-495 In low grade it is worth a dollar but in higher grades it sell for $5 and up. The 1870 English penny had a mintage of 5,695,022 so it is not a rare coin or even scarce except for the ones that are in high grade. Of course the coin is worth more in the UK than the U.S.. You have a neat old coin from a great Lady. It is worth more as a historic item than a money one.

It's also possible that you have a 1 cent coin from Ceylon(now Sri Lanka). I recall seeing a lot of these Q.Victoria Ceylonese issues dated 1870 in coin bins. Catalog list each for about a dollar or so in grade well circulated, but dealers often sell them in bins for under 25 cents in worn to well circulated grades.
