what are you doing today?

im getting a haircut and a side fringe and then going into town. i can't understand its pm in america and canada right now. so for them..what did u do today? for people like me, in australia and wherever else, what r u doing today?

I got my *** out of bed about 8am and put some coffee beans in the grinder. With these little super-shredded wonders from Sumatra I made a nice big mugful of latte. Then I reviewed my spammy email messages, hyped up on the caffeine.

After visiting a few websites I found myself oddly fascinated by the subject of the Shang Dynasty. By that time my cat Siwa was having fun clawing me through the spindles in my chair. I figured he needed to play, so we chased his toys around the apartment for 15 minutes. After that I was having hunger pangs and consumed a delicious tuna-salad sandwich.

The USPS delivered my utilities billing statement. I wrote a check, jumped in my Ford Ranger pickup, and posted that envelope on my way to my Dad's place, where I mowed his yard with a mulching blade, as is my custom on Wednesdays.

Drove back to my apartment where I answered Kimberly's and Baba's questions (go to my profile page). Now I'm on my second Heineken...it's 8:08pm here in central Nebraska.

work, lunch with friends to celebrate a birthday, work some more, tanning bed appt., an hour at the gym, quick run to wal-mart, a couple phone calls to family/friends, laundry, yahoo. interesting question!! :)
