You would use boyle's law

P1V1 = P2V2

(9.25 Liters)(832 torr)=(11.75 Liters)(P2)

P2 = 655 torr

Boyle's law
P1 x V1 = P2 x V2

(9.25 L)(832 torr) = (11.75 L)(P2)
