Penis extenders work much, much better. Pills don't work by themselves. You have to incorporate some kind of physical stretch (by exercises or an extender).
Penis pills work like creatine. Creatine is used by bodybuildders to boost cell volume around the body so that their body can hold more water (the body is already 70% water) and they can increase their strength (creatine is used for explosive energy). I think if you were Irish you wouldn't have that problem. Here is the deal, all the pills do is provide a temporary solution to a lack of man hood, they simply allow better blood flow into your penis to make it swell bigger while it is erect, but it will go back down as soon as you come off them. By the way long term side effects include, killed sperm cells, loss of urination controll, and one fully shatterd ego.

Well i say they r just a waist of money my boyfriend bought some and he spent like 100$ and he has tryed everything and they dont work so i sugest you just buy a penis pump and that will make u bigger for about 30 min and its about 30 $ .
