Under the long term debt section, there is a category called "Other Liabilities" which follows "Long Term Liabilities"

These would be long term liabilities which individually are not material enough to warrant separate line disclosure. They might include advance billings, deferred income, derivative financial instruments, amounts put aside for warranties, employee benefits, pensions, etc.
