it is long has one pair of wings i dont think it has a stinger and its head is smaller then a bee and i dont think it can fly

It aint a yellow moth i looked at picture it has smaller wings and it has more like a wasp boyd but it only has one section

not a hover bee or whatever either
it looks more like a wasp but it has a single body and a smaller head only the one pair of wings it might have a stinger cant tell i fount it out by my tree laying on the ground kinda moving pretty much just sat there

Does it hover? I could be a hover fly.
They look an awful lot like bees.

Okay, my only other guess is a flying ant.
